These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") apply to and are legally binding on all players ("you" or "player") who use 123kat's website, mobile platform, and related services. By accessing this website or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with all of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue using the website.
1 General Provisions
1.1 Scope of Service
123kat is a platform providing online casino games, slots, live casino, football betting, and other game types for Myanmar players. These services are intended for personal and entertainment purposes only; resale for commercial purposes is not permitted.
1.2 Service Changes
123kat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, game selections, or platform features at any time, with or without prior notice. Players have no right to hold the platform liable for any losses arising from service changes.
1.3 Amendments to Terms
123kat may revise and reissue these Terms at any time. Revised terms take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Restriction
123kat services are for players aged 21+ only. Accounts belonging to players under 21 may be closed, and any remaining balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player may only open one account per person. If duplicate accounts sharing the same IP address, payment method, or personal details are detected, all such accounts may be suspended and any bonuses forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
Personal details provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with incorrect or incomplete information — especially those flagged at the time of a withdrawal request — may be restricted or closed.
2.4 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) secure. Sharing account access with any third party is strictly prohibited. 123kat is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's own data being compromised.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits — Minimum Amount
Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Regardless of the method used, the minimum deposit per transaction is 5,000 Ks.
3.2 Withdrawals — Minimum Amount and Processing Time
The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 10,000 Ks. We aim to process withdrawals within 10–45 minutes of the request being submitted; however, some cases may take longer depending on the bank's or payment provider's business hours and verification procedures.
3.3 Withdrawal Verification
For large withdrawals or unusual patterns, 123kat may request identity documents from the player to confirm legitimacy. Withdrawals may be held until the requested documents are submitted.
3.4 Payment Errors
If an incorrect amount appears due to a technical error or banking issue, 123kat reserves the right to recover that amount immediately. Any winnings generated from such erroneous amounts may also be voided.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at 123kat can receive a 100% first deposit bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. For example, deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks to play with; note that the bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks must be wagered through valid bets before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw any bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount through valid gameplay. Second example — deposit 220,000 Ks, receive a 100,000 Ks bonus for a balance of 320,000 Ks, and the bonus 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks must be wagered. Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement; the contribution rate varies by game type. Contact our support team for details.
4.3 Conditions for Bonus Cancellation
- If bonus claims from duplicate accounts are detected
- If bonus abuse patterns are detected
- If the player's provided information is found to be inaccurate
If any of the above is found, 123kat reserves the right to cancel the bonus funds and any related winnings.
5 VIP Program and Cashback Terms
123kat's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression from one tier to the next is determined by the platform based on a player's ongoing activity and wagering volume. The higher your tier, the higher the weekly cashback rate you receive—
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Cashback bonuses are not exempt from wagering requirements on their own. Players can ask our service staff how cashback bonuses are handled. VIP levels may be adjusted by the platform at any time, and no compensation will be paid to players for such changes.
6 Fair Play Policy
6.1 Random Number Generator
123kat games are built with random, unpredictable outcome technology, ensuring that no player can predict game results in advance.
6.2 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are prohibited on this platform—
- Exploiting platform bugs or glitches to play
- Playing using software, bots, or artificial methods
- Playing in a pattern where losses and wins are exchanged between players ("match-fixing" style)
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
If any such activity is found, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
7 Privacy Security and Data Protection
123kat protects players' personal information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. The platform's Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of these terms and conditions and can be read in full on the Privacy Policy page. 123kat does not sell players' personal information to third parties and may only share it when required for verification purposes in accordance with applicable law.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
Players may close their own account and leave the platform at any time. Any remaining deposited funds will be returned along with any withdrawable balance; however, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
8.2 Suspension by the Platform
123kat reserves the right to suspend any player's account without prior notice if a breach of these terms and conditions is found. Upon such suspension, any eligible remaining balance will be processed and bonus funds will be forfeited.
9 Limitation of Liability
123kat acknowledges that playing does not guarantee income. Players are solely responsible for their own losses, and the platform cannot be held liable in any way for money lost through casino play, loss of data, or any damages the player could not have foreseen. Losses arising from server errors, communication issues, or third-party service failures are not the platform's responsibility.
